Set up email triggers by asking an AI Worker

Ask an AI Worker to configure a dedicated receiving address, instructions to run on receipt, allowed senders, and source data retention days.

Email setup now uses the event trigger operations, giving AI Workers a consistent way to create and list triggers.

Existing approval and denial settings are preserved during migration. Operations requiring approval still run only after approval.
