Knowledge database charts, invoicing, and purchase order OCR
v1.2.30 makes it easier to move from reviewing data to carrying out business tasks. Knowledge databases support multiple sort conditions, aggregation, period charts, and an AI assistant in record details. A new app handles quotes, invoicing, and payment tracking, while a purchase order OCR template also supports image-only PDFs.

Filter database rows, sort by multiple conditions, and view footer aggregates. Chart views support period-based totals, targets, and finalizing actual results.
Open the AI assistant from a database record detail screen to ask questions and take actions using that record as context.
A new AI-assisted app supports creating and sending quotes and invoices, tracking payments, reminders, and recurring invoices. The purchase order OCR template reads and processes documents, including image-only PDFs.
